I offer a number of lectures, workshops, and seminars on various topics.  Business owners and managers especially find these group sessions to be beneficial, as employees with more self-confidence and less stress tend to be more productive at work, have less sickness and absenteeism, and are more engaged and resilient.

How to Acquire Total Relaxation

Participants in this class learn
valuable and practical stress-management techniques to alleviate stress for better health and well-being.  Studies have shown that these techniques effectively lower blood pressure and heart rate and decrease the potential for permanent health problems related to chronic stress.  Participants also examine how stress works and how to recognize the physical, emotional, and behavioral signs of stress before it’s too late.


Learn Self-Hypnosis
In this course participants learn:

          How hypnosis works and how self-hypnosis can
              change their lives.

          Powerful methods of self-hypnosis and
              autosuggestion.

          How to improve physical health through relaxation 
              exercises.

          Behavioral assessment and goal-setting techniques for
              creating suggestions with the proper content and form
              to bring positive and measurable changes.

The pace of modern life moves quickly.  These days just about everybody feels hurried and overwhelmed in some way, whether it’s by the responsibilities and fast pace of modern life, or by their own thoughts and feelings.  In this class John Mongiovi will integrate his professional experiences as a consulting hypnotist with his knowledge of ancient teachings to provide practical tips and exercises to manage the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of daily living.  John will present some of the most essential universal ideas in an accessible format, and will teach powerful methods of self-hypnosis, auto-suggestion, and visualization to put those ideas into action.
