All phone sessions require payment 24 hours in advance.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Any unused sessions will be refunded in full, or the full balance applied to a future session at your discretion.  If for any reason you need to change or cancel your appointment, 24 hour notice is required.  Otherwise there is a ½ session fee of $55.00.  The balance will be refunded or applied to a future session.

I cannot be responsible for a session that is interrupted by a poor telephone connection or a dropped call when you are using a mobile telephone.  If your phone session is disrupted, reasonable attempts will be made to complete the work.
